In the Studio Ghibli film Castle in the Sky, the robot soldiers were ancient automatons made in the flying city of Laputa. Only a single soldier gardener remains at the beginning of the film, while the others are dormant and overgrown with moss and forest plants. The upper torso of a robot soldier of Laputa rests upon tree trunks and Laputa cubes. Standing nearly 6" tall, this Laputian desk clock features an analog clock with a unique Castle in the Sky themed clock face.
