Wholesale Pre-Order FAQ

Wholesale Pre-Order Information:

 

When are Pre-Order items released and shipped?

As quickly as we can!  However, please be aware that manufacturing release dates and street date estimates are subject to change.  We will always do our best to keep our website current with any manufacturer's estimates. 

Wholesale Cost and Deposit Information:

Unless otherwise specified, each Pre-Order product on our website will be clearly marked and priced one of two ways at checkout. 

1) A 20% Non-Refundable deposit is reflected in your cart and charged at the time of checkout.  Wholesale cost and Deposit information will always be clearly marked at the top of the product information.  When the item has  remaining balance less your pre-order deposit will be billed to you via email invoice. 

OR

2.)  For items not listed as a pre-order deposit, the full wholesale cost of your Pre-Order purchase including the nonrefundable 20% deposit is billed and paid at time of online checkout.
